The Innovator Visa is for experienced entrepreneurs who want to set up or run a business in the United Kingdom.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• You must have at least £50,000 available to invest in your UK business.

• You must meet the English language requirement (Level B2).

• You must have an Endorsement in writing by an Endorsing Body.

• You must have a business plan

• You must have at least £945 in your bank accounts for 90 days prior to applying.

• Your tuberculosis test results (if applicable)

Your Business Must Be:

Innovative – Your business idea must be original.

Viable – You need to prove you have or are developing the required experience, skills, knowledge, and commercial acumen to run the business.

Scalable – Evidence of a clear growth strategy and job creation possibilities must be provided.

You Can:

• Bring your spouse or partner to the United Kingdom

• Bring your children to the United Kingdom, provided they are under 18

You Cannot:

• Get public funds.

• Work as a doctor or dentist in training.

• Work as a professional sportsperson, for example, a sports coach.
